Stuffed Green Peppers
4-6 Large Green Peppers
Roughly 1lb of ground beef
1/2 cup of diced onions
1 can of tomato soup
1 cup of cooked rice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated mild cheese or swiss cheese (your preference)
Remove top and seeds from peppers. Place in boiling water and boil for about 3 minutes and then drain. Place in greased 9 inch square baking pan/dish.
Cook ground beef and onion in frying pan until cooked through, then drain.
Add 1 cup soup, rice, sauce, salt and pepper to beef, heat until hot. Divide mixture up into the peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Remove from oven. Spoon remaining soup over peppers and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 mins. Then serve.
Alfredo Sauce
My kids won't let me buy the sauce in the jar anymore !
Quick & Delicious Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
8 ounce cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Melt butter in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk till smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Thin with milk if cooked too long. Toss with hot pasta and serve.
